  1. Well I'm working on that - have a dog and am at a pool every week. :-) I should be a genius soon.

  2. You don't need to be any smarter!!! But I'm glad you're working out to such an extent. Today it's pouring rain, and I can't even be arsed to walk to 7eleven for more tonic water!!

  10. well, I just came back from a really really long walk in UK.... pics are being posted on my blog. But I didn't go for a swim. Perhaps i should start. I used to go to aquafit once a week, for some reason I stopped. Too lazy I think. I should start again.
    I need to get smarter.
    Love that cat video.

  11. Shammy: So happy to see your name pop up here and to learn that your trip pictures are up! (At least the first batch so far). What a wonder walk and it was indeed LONG. Uff da! And how lucky you have cousins who can hike with you. Since I am the baby of my family, my cousins are mostly too old to get around--especially not into hiking 30 miles, even in three legs. I haven't even met most of them.

Anyway, the first batch of pix is grand! And welcome back!
